Villa de la Playa’s expansive views of the beach and the Sea of Cortez, the large furnished patio area, and its immediate beach access make it ideal for family trips and special events.
The spacious living areas are open and elegant, the gourmet kitchen is completely equipped, and the dining area seats up to 10 guests in sophisticated comfort. The extensive patio includes large shade and entertainment areas, a commercial, stainless built-in gas BBQ, and a seating area for up to 10 outdoor diners. Lounge chairs and other outdoor seating surround the beautiful zero-horizon pool.

Costa Brava is a gated private residential beachfront community composed of 10 luxury homes located halfway between San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Each property within this development has stunning views of the Sea of Cortez and there is a beautiful white sand beach that extends for over 3 miles along this stretch of the coast. Golfers will enjoy the opportunity to hit the links on a number of world-renowned courses nearby.
