We stayed at Villa Nazar for spring break for our high school senior and her best friends. The villa is beautiful, very clean, and located in a very safe community of Pedregal. The villa is a 2 minutes walk to the pristine private beach. We took Ubers to places and it was very easy. The villa had all the amenities (e.g., plenty of clean linens), kitchen was well stocked, and rooms were clean. Outdoor area was great for laying out and an outside morning workout with a beautiful ocean view. Everything was very comfortable. Zinnet was responsive and very helpful with tips and suggestions in her emails. Jaime, property manager, was wonderful and provided us with a warm greeting upon check-in. He stopped by every couple of days to clean the pool and helped us with anything we needed. Overall, I would definitely recommend this villa.

This property is in excellent condition and located in the gated and exclusive community of Pedregal. The owner clearly stays at the property as it is nicely outfitted with everything you could possible need. The property manager is quickly available should a need arise.
