This was the 2nd time we’ve rented from CaboVillas. They are top notch! Our consierge (Luis) was the best. So attentive and was always available when we needed anything. The home was comfortable and spacious. Perfect for 4 couples.

Our maid did a fantastic job-every day. Everything spotless and clean towels and sheets every afternoon. Some thoughts for Villa Bouganvillia: a couple of inexpensive beach chairs and a beach umbrella would have been a nice extra. By no means a complaint, just a thought. Thanks again. Had an awesome stay!

They were with you on every aspect of your trip. From helping you pick the right home and location to every excursion and dinner. My Cabo Specialist, Alex, was over the top great. She was helpful, kind, informative, knowledgeable and trustworthy. She helped me plan everything and all her suggestions were spot on (like having a Welcome Dinner for you at home after a long day of traveling). The home was perfect for us. Beautifully layed out with a pool to enjoy the view. Our concierge assigned to us was Angel. He was the best. He arranged shuttles for us daily for our excursions, arranged dinners, and anything else we could possibly need. My only negative feedback could possibly be to have the kitchen stocked a bit better with cooking items such as pizza cutter, coffee grinder, bowls for salads etc...We cooked in a few nights. Also a few spices or oils would have been nice. I would 100 percent recommend Cabovillas and Alex. And, 100 percent come back to this home. We had 8 adults and 1 baby with plenty of room for everyone.

There is a ton of space for everyone and the large bedrooms and bathrooms give you the luxury you want on holiday. It’s an easy walk to the beach, but the deck is so amazing that it’s hard to leave the breathtaking views from the villa. Luis, Alexandria and everyone we connected with made this the perfect getaway with the girls and then with family. Highly recommend having breakfast make everyday for you! Chef Samuel took care of us a lot this trip and we loved the fabulous start to the day.

The house was fabulous with great views and lots of space over 3 levels! We each had our own private bedroom and bath and could see the beach and Pacific from the deck and swimming pool. The drivers, day staff and concierge were all so helpful. Will definitely be recommending Cabovillas to friends and family! If you do go ask for Roman to cater a meal for you...you will not be disappointed!

We split our time between relaxing and activities such as a wonderful cooking class with a local chef, private boat ride to the arch and beyond, a trip up to Todos Santos and a stop at the Art and Beer. We also took a hike down (and up) to the Pedregal Beach. The support from Ivan, our concierge was great. He and his contacts did a wonderful job. We received a beautiful breakfast prepared for us at our villa by Roman (chef). A great tip from Ivan was if we wanted to go some place he would arrange a very reasonably priced driver. We would highly recommend a driver instead of a car rental unless you want to go on a long track. Pedregal is a beautiful gated area. Thank you Ivan and team for making our vacation so memorable!

The backyard is perfect. Forget hotels....stay in a villa !!

Just wish the pool was warm, we used the spa a lot. Kimberly was a great, she arranging everything for us, stress free. We would definitely use Cabovillas again.

Worth noting you can't check in until the afternoon. Also you get one key and each individual door needs to be locked but in general, this is a beautiful home and we had a great time!

Very well apportioned home allowed two couples with children their own private space with plenty of communal area for us to congregate and enjoy. Home was cleaned daily and staff would come around regularly to maintain grounds. We elected to pre-stock our villa which was certainly convenient if not much more expensive than shopping yourself. There is a small bodega at the entrance of Pedragal where you can buy large jugs of water, beer, soda, and snacks for far less. If you have a car the Costco and other large grocery stores would be more economical. We elected to have a few catered dinners through Cabovillas catering partners that we very much enjoyed. We had a taco bar upon arrival which is far better than a "taco bar." Absolutely delicious after a day of travel. Be aware that Pedragal is extremely hilly with cobblestone streets and tripping hazards on sidewalks (as you are always looking out at the ocean or beautiful homes!) If you have ambulatory issues it may prove difficult to move around without a car or golf cart. We personally did not mind walking the hills, but I could see this being an issue for some. We look forward to returning!

Nice and roomy pleasant place to relax and take in the views. Just a small walk to the tennis/ Pickle ball courts. Our family was very comfortable and able to relax in the pool and look at the ocean. The cleanliness of this place was great. The house has lots of stairs make sure you are up for that. One master room on top level others are down. All the showers are spacious and nice. Getting to town was easy the concierge set us up with a driver and he was always able to drive us to our needs. You can see the sunset and beach from the pool area simply breathtaking. I can't wait to go back to Cabo.

We were a group of 7 and we had plenty of space. The house is spacious and the view from the balcony and pool area is gorgeous. Please know that the Villa is in a community called Pedegral and the access is not the most convenient. Otherwise it is absolutely beautiful.

I was debating between 2 places then when I got to Cabo and stayed here I’m happy to made this one my choice. Everything was great from morning breakfast to having a clean room everyday. Just amazing.

No regrets

It's located on a street that dead ends so you won't be getting much traffic going by, if at all. The rooms are well appointed and the bathrooms are large. Lots of hot water and the water pressure is excellent. We come to Cabo for the fishing which is always outstanding but coming back to this villa is a nice way to end the day!

This place is big and beautiful with an amazing view. The pool and hot tub were the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee. Our concierge Hector was full of local knowledge and facilitated some transportation to the different activities that we scheduled. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great, the water in the showers stayed hot, and the daily cleaning was great. Pedregal is the best neighborhood to stay if you want to be in a quiet place, while also being less than 10 minutes from all the action. Thank you again for such an amazing place to stay and we hope to be back soon! Sincerely, Chris Tips: - I would recommend Uber instead of the local taxis. Taxis charge $20 USD to pick you up from the villa and bring you to town. Ubers cost less than 50 pesos (~$3 USD). Order the car like you usually wold on your app, then call the gate to tell them the make/model of the car and the name of the driver, and the name of your villa. Give yourself 20-30 mins for them to get there from when you call. - There's a Circle K and small grocery store very close to the entrance gate to Pedregal. We stocked up on everything we needed there.

Nice ocean view. Easily accessible. The welcome and housekeeping were perfect. We had a wonderful time.

Lola was super responsive and we had our own concierge when we arrived at the house. The view and amenities were top notch. We felt very safe in the house. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, amazing views and very spacious (more than enough room for 8 adults). The concierge service provided by Hector was top notch, whatever we needed was only a phone call away; groceries, taxi, dinner reservations, maintenance, etc. Also, having maid service everyday was so nice. Amazing trip overall!

The property is very spacious, nicely kept and well appointed villa in the heart of the private Pedregal neighborhood in Cabo San Lucas. We really enjoyed the pool/hot tub area, which has a lot of space for lounging around and enjoying a great view of the ocean and the beautiful neighborhood. Also, taxis into town were really easy to arrange and the trip is very short (<10 mins). In addition, the property managers at Cabovillas.com were extremely professional, helpful, and courteous; they made our stay truly pleasurable and stress-free.

It was roomy and we spent quality family time on the outside patio in and out of the pool and spa. Each bedroom had its own full bath. The views were great from the patio. We enjoyed a wonderful full breakfast the morning after we arrived. Very tasty! You can walk to downtown Cabo and back but you may want to get a taxi back. It's an uphill walk. You can also walk to the Pacific and walk the beach. The walk back isn't as strenuous as the walk back from Downtown Cabo. Although we enjoyed our stay there, the furnishings and bedding quilts are dated. We were able to overlook them because we were having a wonderful time. Amber at Cabo Villas was very helpful. Answered my questions promptly. I would use them again.

We had a very relaxing 15 days there, the private pool and spa were wonderful. Berta and her daughter came in every day and cleaned and Javier and his wife made us a wonderful breakfast. In a private gated community, felt very safe, yet only 5 minutes from the town in a car. Would recommend a car to get around in. Thank you, for sharing this well appointed villa.

The service is above top notch from the booking with Nik to the villa with Hector. The villa was roomy, clean and above all had excellent views. Hector met us and took care of us 24/7. Maid service was great as usual. The place was very clean. The bedding and some of the decor is a bit outdated, but fine for a vacation rental. The layout was perfect for our group of girls. We walked to town a few days. It is a hike, but we knew that from prior trips. We enjoy walking the neighborhood scoping out where we want to rent on our next visit. We also volunteered at the Humana Society one day and that was a great experience to get to walk the dogs and visit with the local volunteers that work there. I highly recommend Villa Bougainvillea. It is a good villa for friends or couples. The best part was they don't have vonage. They had another service provider that enabled us to have a strong connection 24/7 inside and on the patio. We would stay in this villa again.

We had a blast staying here over memorial weekend. Super clean. Close to town. Amazing chef.
