With the company for over 20 years, Julie's incomparable in-depth knowledge of the destination and luxury villa rental industry has led to recognition by many of the world's leading travel authorities. She's been recognized repeatedly for her skill and professionalism by Condé Nast Traveler as one of the world's leading villa rental specialists, and listed on the "WOW List of Trusted Travel Experts" by luxury travel advocate, Wendy Perrin.

Having worked in the travel industry for 30 years, Julie knows the ins and outs of providing exceptional vacation services to clients and maximizing return on investment to our business partners. Julie's forward-looking leadership combines a deep respect for the destination, uncompromising dedication to quality, cutting-edge technology, deep partnerships, and people-centered business culture.

Lisa is an integral part of our executive leadership team, overseeing our day-to-day financial operations in the accounting department. With the company for over 10 years, her in-depth expertise, professionalism and friendly demeanor make her an indispensable part of our team. Lisa's attention to detail, financial analysis, strategic planning and diversified experience allow her to generate maximum benefit for our company. She plays a crucial role with the rest of our executive leadership team to ensure the continued growth and success of CaboVillas.com, including maximizing value for our partners.

On her free time, Lisa is an awesome mama to two adorable kids.

After graduating from Cal Poly with a degree in tourism and recreation, Jessica worked for years at a coastal resort doing everything from sales to wedding planning. After many years as a very successful sales agent with our company, Jessica now leads our expert team of Cabo Specialists to ensure guests enjoy incredible vacations and oustanding service.

Jessica loves living in the Santa Cruz, CA area because of all the opportunities for outdoor fun. She is an active runner and paddle boarder.

Ercilia has an extensive background in marketing communications, content strategy, project management, email, and graphic design. A valued member of our team, Ercilia has been with the company for 15 years and oversees our external brand messaging, coordinating email campaigns, blogging about Cabo, overseeing social communities, and developing exciting new web content to promote the beautiful vacation destination of Los Cabos. She loves sharing our team's extensive regional knowledge with our clients and colleagues. Ercilia is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz.

On her free time, Ercilia loves to hike and spend time with her husband and young daughter. Ercilia is also a fine art painter with a studio in an established artist collective.

Morgan has been with the company for 17 years and oversees our Operations team. Morgan's commitment is to ensure streamlined, efficient operations in order to support the sales department, build important business relationships, strategize for growth, and provide an outstanding experience to our clients.

Besides being an indispensable part of our team, Morgan loves to spend time with her family and is currently working on her Business Degree.

Allison's been a key member our team for over 17 years. Her role as Operations Manager ensures that our guests' reservations are in order well before they leave. Her sharp eye for detail is part of the reason our clients enjoy amazing vacations in Los Cabos.

When she's not working, she's spending time with her family, including watching her son play baseball, taking the kids camping, barbecuing or fishing.

Born and raised in Santa Cruz, California; Niki comes with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

I love taking my dog to the beach to run around and chase the waves!

After having been a retail manager for 6 years, Tish joined our team with a finance degree. Tish grew up in the Aptos, CA area and brings a friendly demeanor and attention to detail to our team. As a Customer Service Representative, she is dedicated to providing outstanding professional service to our guests and colleagues to ensure a great experience.

Tish loves limonadas, beaches and sunshine - making Cabo the perfect match!

Kimberly offers fun-loving energy and helpful professionalism to our clients. Born in Southern California, Kimberly has also lived in New Mexico and Sacramento before moving to the Central Coast.

"Who doesn’t love talking about Cabo all day? I feel planning a wonderful vacation with our clients is very fulfilling."

Kimberly is an empty nester with two wonderful grown kids. She enjoys running by the beach, spending time with friends, cooking and secretly loves junk food.

Alex comes to our sales team from a background in hospitality sales working at a beautiful resort on the California coastline. She has a passion for travel, especially to places by the ocean which makes working at CaboVillas.com a perfect fit! In her free time Alex loves all things outdoors and enjoys being in the sunshine, whether it’s hiking in the woods or swimming in the sea.

As part of our sales department, Amber brings a fun-loving spirit to the team. She loves the travel industry, Mexico and working in a vibrant environment.

A sales professional for 25 years, Beth's experience ranges from travel, advertising, and the medical field. She loves that her career has given her the ability to enjoy a wonderful life/work balance -- with free time to do her favorite things, including traveling. Beth loves being part of a team that helps people plan the happiest moments of their lives.

In her free time, Beth enjoys gardening, spending time with her family, and discovering new towns, mountains, beaches, wineries, and breweries.

Kyla was born and raised in Santa Cruz, California under the warm sunshine and salty air. Kyla comes from an extensive background in retail management and brings a warm and fun energy to Cabovillas!

“I love being outdoors as much as possible! Whether it is with my dog, playing a sport, or a hike- I love it all!

Naomi was born and raised in Los Cabos, Mexico, and moved to California at the age of 15 to pursue my education. She is a hospitality professional with over three years of experience in the hotel industry. Previously, Naomi worked as the Executive Assistant to the General Manager at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and can also speak a bit of French.

When I'm not in the office, you can find me spending time with my family, hiking with friends, or relaxing at the beach. I also love traveling through Baja Sur, especially to more remote places like the East Cape and Cabo Pulmo.

Having graduated from Florence Design in Italy with a background in Marketing and Design, Gabriella brings creativity and organization to the table. As a seasoned traveler, she loves the thought of being able to help create exciting and lasting memories in one of the places near and dear to her heart and that her own family has chosen to call Home.

Whether it’s the delicious food at my favorite restaurant Chamuyo, walking along the pier where you can observe seals up close, or strolling along the beach with that stunning view of the waves crashing against those famous arches, it’s a vacation that will always have my heart; a place I will choose time and time again.”

Gabriella’s passion is creating music with her husband and exploring the outdoors; whether its a hike or a new city. She also loves drinking coffee and taking care of all her plants.

With a long background in hospitality, Julianne is the head of our Los Cabos concierge team and an indispensable part of the ESSV family. Julianne and her team make sure our guests are well cared-for from the moment they arrive at their villa rental and throughout their stay, addressing any concerns, and helping plan activities and catering. Julianne is also the head of A Matter of Taste Catering, one of the area's leading in-villa catering and event planning companies.

Originally from Canada, Julianne has lived in Los Cabos for 15 years. She loves the beautiful Baja weather and her latest passion is stand up paddle boarding—she gets out almost every weekend on those pretty Los Cabos waters. She also really likes small cuddly dogs.

Born and raised in Cabo, Rodolfo is a lifelong resident who has worked with our team for many years and is one of our top go-to people on the ground. Prior to joining our team, "Rodo" worked several years for some of Los Cabos finest hotels, making him one of our most knowledgeable Cabo experts. When not helping our clients with their concierge needs, he enjoys spending his free time with his wife and beautiful baby daughter.

Always a favorite with our clients, Rodo is also a talented jack of all trades and can fix almost anything he gets his hands on!

While Hector was born in Mexico City, ever since his parents came to visit Los Cabos for the first time in 1987 they wished to return and make the destination their home. That dream came true in 1998 when Hector was 14 years old. Hospitality is his passion and Hector has worked in numerous local hotels including Solmar, Playa Grande, Marquis Los Cabos, Westin and Grand Regina. He has held many different roles in customer service with a focus on developing his career in hospitality.

Hector likes to travel around México and loves to visit the Pueblos Magicos to learn more about and enjoy traditional Mexican culture.

I was born in Mexico City but I decided to come to Cabo for an adventure... and I am still on one! I studied Industrial Management and I thought I would be working behind a desk. When I started to work in customer service, I knew I was made for it and decided to be with the best! I have more than 13 years of experience in customer service, 6 of them with the One&Only Palmilla and 4 with Diamante Golf Course - both at the top on of their own markets and now with CaboVillas.com, which is at the top, too!

My hobbies are martial arts, boxing and spending time with my kids (both boys) - they teach me a lot of things!

Pablo joined our team to provide our villa guests with exceptional service throughout their stay. Committed to professional, attentive and friendly service, Pablo enjoys welcoming visitors to enjoy the beauty and fun of Los Cabos. Pablo was born in Morelia Michoacán, Mexico. After working as a paramedic for 14 years and studying for a degree in English, he later traveled to Los Cabos where he began his career in hospitality, food & beverage, and customer service.

On his free time, Pablo enjoys riding horses, motorcycles, working on boats and cooking.

Born in in Morelia, capital of the state of Michoacan in central Mexico, Pedro has great childhood memories of his parents’ home and family upbringing. After initially deciding to go to veterinary school, Pedro later became a professor in a technological university. Pedro visited Cabo for vacation in 2016 and fell in love with the city, the beaches and the people – and made this paradise his home ever since. Pedro is a proud dad and loves sharing his knowledge of the destination.

Luis was born in a small town in Guanajuato, Mexico and then moved with his family to Illinois at the age of 8 where he resided for 16 years. Having attended high school in the United States and college classes at Spoon River College, Luis is fluent in English. Eventually, Luis made his way to Los Cabos where he began his career in the hotel industry. Immediately, he knew that hospitality and customer service were a perfect fit for him. Luis has worked at numerous resorts in Los Cabos, including the Grand Regina, Secrets Puerto Los Cabos and Cabo Azul Resort & Spa. He is happy to have joined our team of destination specialists where he can deliver personalized service to our guests.

On his free time, you’ll find Luis spending time at the beach.

Originally from Zitacuaro, Michoacan, Rueben Medel arrived in Cabo San Lucas 18 years ago. From the maintenance department, to becoming an On Duty Manager, he has 16 years of experience in the hotel industry.

“Cabo San Lucas is my favorite place because of its beaches, sunny days, and the opportunity to meet people from different parts of Mexico and the world.”

Rueben has many interests such as psychology, cinema, music and gastronomy. In his free time he enjoys listening to podcasts stand-up shows and seeing live music.

Raised in the city of Leon in the state of Guanajuato, Jorge decided to settle in Los Cabos and work in the hospitality industry after falling in love with the beautiful beaches, the warm welcoming people, and the experience of being helpful to the many tourists who visit this world-class destination. Jorge has received the prestigious British butler certification, AAA, Fine Hotels + Resorts, and Forbes 5-star certifications.

Having worked as a butler at Montage and the One and Only Palmilla, Jorge is experienced in providing attentive service to luxury clients. Jorge is also a property manager and a valued member of our Cabo Villas team.

Part of our expert destination concierge team, Mariana greets villa guests with warm hospitality and professional, friendly service. Originally from Oaxaca, Mariana brings personalized attention to all her villas as she want to make each guest's stay unforgettable.

Having been with our team since 2008, Monica assists our sales team with a host of administrative and client support duties. Having previously worked in sales for a prominent radio station as well as accounts receivable for a real estate firm she easily transitioned to the more laid-back atmosphere at ESSV.

Holly began her hospitality career at a resort in an ever-growing ski community at the base of Mount Rainier. Holly has developed many skills during her time as a guest experience manager.
